File upload
When a note is already on your computer — a downloaded PDF, a scan, a photo from your phone — upload it straight to Synaipse. It’s the fastest way to process a one-off note or clear a backlog.
Uploading a note
- Open the Synaipse dashboard and go to Upload.
- Drag files onto the upload area, or click to browse. You can select many files at once.
- Synaipse processes each file immediately, matching it to a patient and entering the pipeline.
Supported files
- Name
PDF- Description
Single- or multi-page documents, including digitally exported and scanned PDFs.
- Name
Images- Description
JPG, PNG, and TIFF scans or photos of printed notes.
- Name
Documents- Description
Word (.docx) and rich-text files.
You can drop a batch containing many patients’ notes in a single file — Synaipse separates them into individual cases automatically. There’s no need to split documents before uploading.
Clearing a backlog
For a one-time migration of historical notes, upload them in bulk: select an entire folder, or drop multiple multi-page PDFs at once. Synaipse queues and processes everything, and your worklist fills as cases are ready. Large historical loads can run overnight without supervision.
Troubleshooting
If a file fails to upload, check that it’s under the per-file size limit shown in the upload area and is one of the supported types. Files that upload but can’t be read or matched still appear on your worklist, flagged for review — nothing is silently dropped. For recurring issues, contact support@synaipse.org.
